- Term and Conditions apply. Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper. You will need to provide proof of purchase (E-receipt) and return to us within 90 days of the original purchase. A return can only be processed using the original payment method. Please note we cannot offer a refund or a return on an item unless you retain the item and its original packaging.
Please note: During sale not all colourways are included in the promotion.
To display the correct price, before purchasing your chosen item, please ensure the correct colourway has been selected.
Returns
Free Returns are available across ALL orders.
If you need to return an item to Barbour please do so within 28 days following delivery of your goods.
Go to barbour.mp-returns.com to select your postage label for printing or scanning. Please obtain proof of posting when returning your parcel.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, we advise returning the unwanted item for a refund and making a new purchase.
Delivery of Customised Items
Lastly, as all our customised Products are individually made, your order will be shipped within 21 working days of you placing your order. You will be notified by our courier once we have shipped your order. Please note that we will take full payment for your order at the time of placing the order.
